Quotation maker for Planyo - Setup page
This extension allows you to create quotations for your Planyo site resources and send them to your customers as PDF.

You will find the extension key in the email sent to you after purchasing this extension.
Search box - extra search fields
Specify resource properties to be additionally shown in the search box as the search criterium. Type the names as comma-separated values, for example: 'prop_res_number_of_persons,prop_res_smoking_allowed'. Please see FAQ205 for the possible values of the extra search fields for your site.
Extra reservation form properties
Specify reservation form properties to be additionally shown in the search box. Depending on your Pricing Manger rules, reservation form values can affect price of the results. Type the names as comma-separated values, for example: 'rental_prop_pets,rental_prop_foo'.

Choose if you want to search resources by date only (resources reserved on day basis) or date and time (resources that can be reserved on hour basis).
Quotation template
Here you can define a general template for your quotations. Note that you will be able to additionally customize each quotation that you create.
The tags that you can use in this template include customer info tags, like: $(first), $(last) for first and last name, $(company), $(address), $(zip), $(city), $(country), $(country), $(phone). You can also use $(search_start_date), $(search_end_date) and $(results_count) to include the search start and end time and number of results. You must use the tag $(results) which will be replaced with a list of resources.

If you selected any additional products to be added into the price, you can info about them by using the iteration tag $(foreach_product)/$(endforeach_product). Its content will be repeated for each selected product and can contain the tags: $(product_name), $(product_price), $(product_quantity), $(product_total). You can also use $(products_total) and $(products_count) for the price and number of selected products.
For example: $(foreach_product) $(product_name) ($(product_quantity) items) - $(product_total) $(endforeach_product).

Single result template
In this field you can specify how each individual result will be inserted into the template above.
The tags that you can use in this template include: $(price), $(quantity_available), $(available_time_range), $(comment), $(is_available), $(reserve_url).
When you select images for a result, $(images) will display a section containing the pictures (refer to the 'Image Format Options' section below for sizing details).
You can also use here the additional products tags (see above to learn more about them).

Format of images
You can choose between a small thumbnail, square thumbnail and a regular image. Additionally, you can specify the maximum width of an image. Note that the chosen image type (thumbnail or a full image) influences size of the generated PDF file. For this reason, we suggest using one of the thumbnail versions.
